The Henry’s Fork Foundation accomplishes a huge amount on a frugal budget; annually, between 70 and 80 cents of every dollar that we raise goes to work directly for the watershed through our projects and programs.

The Henry’s Fork Foundation accomplishes a huge amount on a limited budget. And we want to not only share with you all the progress we made in preserving the river but how your donations and contributions supported the success of the watershed.

The Henry’s Fork Foundation started as a group of concerned Henry’s Fork devotees meeting in a cabin on the river in 1984. The model organization that they developed inspired and still inspires watershed conservation all over the country, and set the standard towards which the Foundation strives to this day.

The Henry’s Fork Foundation’s staff is highly experienced and uniquely qualified to address the broad range of challenges facing the Henry’s Fork, to turn threats into opportunities, and to fulfill the Foundation’s mission to conserve, restore, and protect the watershed.

The Foundation’s Board of Directors draws its members from all walks of life and across the country, but each member brings to the organization a deep love for the Henry’s Fork. The breadth and depth of their combined experience makes them a powerful leadership team for the Foundation, and the watershed.

The Advisory Committee is a group of passionate, long-time Henry's Fork advocates. They are scientists, entrepreneurs, former river guides and land owners. Collectively they provide insightful council on the work of the Foundation.
