The Stewardship program seeks to protect and conserve the unique fisheries, wildlife, and aesthetic values of the Henry’s Fork watershed. We participate in reviews of projects and proposals that may affect waterways, fisheries, and riparian areas, such as; hydroelectric project licensing, land development, and building projects. We also seek to maintain and improve public access to the river. Below are some of the projects we've participated in.
- Lower river access project: Stone and Vernon bridge access sites
- Cattle exclusion fencing adjacent to Harriman State Park
- Chester Dam Hydroelectric Project Proposal
- Drought Management Planning
- St. Anthony Greenway
